Tasting Notes

Think White is a blend of 40% Antão Vaz, 40% Roupeiro, and 20% Rabo de Ovelha.  It is fresh, crisp and well-balanced with notes and aromas of tropical, citrus, and stone fruits.  The Antão Vaz adds the tropical notes and fresh acidity while the Roupeiro contributes the citrus notes.  The Rabo de Ovelha balances out the wine with stone fruits.

Vineyards

Think White is sourced from the best vineyards in the Alentejo region of Portugal, an emerging region in Europe known for producing quality wines at a remarkable value.  The climate is continental with very little rainfall thus keeping the yields amazingly low.  The gentle undulating hills are composed of mainly granite and schist, ideal for vineyards.  The grapes were hand-harvested at the optimum ripeness from 20-year-old-vines.
