Think Red Alentejo, Portugal
Think Red is a blend of 40% Aragónes (Tempranillo), 30% Castelão, and 30% Trincadeira and has ripe and opulent fruity flavors of strawberries, cherries, and raspberries on the nose.  The Aragónes adds some structure and cherry flavor.  The Castelão delivers the intense fruity flavors while the Trincadeira balances the wine and adding a touch of elegance which carries through the long finish with soft tannins.

Think White Alentejo, Portugal
Think White is a blend of 40% Antão Vaz, 40% Roupeiro, and 20% Rabo de Ovelha. It is fresh , crisp and well-balanced with notes and aromas of tropical, citrus, and stone fruits.  The Antão Vaz adds the tropical notes and fresh acidity while the Roupeiro contributes the citrus notes.  The Rabo de Ovelha balances out the wine with stone fruits.

Think Pink Alentejo, Portugal
Think Pink is a blend of 85% Aragónes (Tempranillo) and 15% Castelão with fruity, youthful and vibrant flavors of strawberries and cherries.  The 12 hour cold maceration of the Aragónes creates the vibrant color and complexity while maintaining its freshness and balance.  The Castelão provides the persistently fruity palate of Think Pink.
